The top-level domain .jobs was introduced in the year 2005 and offers organisations a platform for their job announcements on the Internet under a domain which is especially reserved for this. This way, organisations can bundle their job offers under a .jobs domain or redirect the domain to the recruitment area of their own website.
The registration of .jobs domains is currently only open to organisations and the domain name has to match the organisation name.
